On Friday, March 25th I finally got clarity on something that has confused me for a year or more, the steps involved in making a spagyrics tincture. You might think with the internet that finding information is easy but it seems not so much with this topic.
I first learned about this ancient art form from Sajah Popham. I don’t remember which of his mini-courses it was that he talked about spagyrics and showed very short glimpses into the steps involved. Ever since I have been trying to find more information and it hasn’t been easy. I did find one other herbalist, Talal Al Hamad that also does spagyrics; he posts videos of the cooking stages which I love to watch. This information is becoming more available by the day.
The class was hosted by Yahola Herbal School and was taught by James Brock. It was a magical night of learning and a-ha moments.
